Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and dropshipping process, we do not accept returns for items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we will need the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the damaged or defective item

  3. A brief description of the issue

Upon review, we will either send a replacement item or offer a full refund.

Refunds
Refunds are only available for items that are damaged, defective, or lost in transit. If your refund request is approved, you will be notified via email. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders are processed, and we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as part of our policy. If you wish to change the size or color of an item, you will need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
